STEP 1. Schedule a consultation by filling up the form at the bottom of the page

STEP 2. Site measurements

Our task is to observe the landscape nature first; then, we will create a design with wisdom.

We will measure your property—the house—elevations, existing elements, vegetation, etc.
We need to learn about your existing space, ecology, established processes in space, your favorite spots, sunny sides, shades, viewpoints, etc. We need to ‘feel’ the site energy and see the ecological processes before we can do any design.

STEP 3. Questionnaire and your wishes

You will receive a questionnaire. In this way, our whole team will learn more about you and your personal wishes.

STEP 4. Design ideas brainstorm

Our international team from San Diego, Denmark, Spain and Ukraine will meet online and have a productive brainstorming on the landscape design.
This is one of the most important phase of the project as we develop conceptual idea, strategy, choose style and target technical issues for the design.

Because of our exceptional international team of professionals it is possible for us to develop a professional concept.

STEP 5. Creating Conceptual Garden Design

Our team will create a conceptual design presentation, in some cases, 3D visualization, and total budget estimation for the project construction.

STEP 6. Conceptual Presentation - Draft version

You will receive a conceptual design presentation from us. Usually, we present and explain the concept, walk over the property, showcase different views, and conceptually talk about the planting plan, lighting, irrigation system, and total budget. As a result of this meeting, everyone will have a complete understanding of the direction of the landscape design.

With us, you may get 3D visualization with a fly-through of the property before approving the final version of the landscape design.

This option can be ordered separately as an additional service to a basic garden design as well.

STEP 7. Design corrections

Based on your feedback after the Conceptual Landscape Design presentation, we will adjust the design. Such a process allows us to deliver a truly high-quality design that fits your needs and life. You will receive a high-quality, unique design.

STEP 8. Final version of the design

You will receive the final version of the garden design. Complete garden design includes the garden design master plan, hardscape plan, planting plan, and final BID for installation. Our BID includes on-site supervision and project management. Based on our experience, project management and on-site design supervision are what it takes to deliver high-quality works as designed. Also, our contract is open in case you like to have your own installation team or do a project without supervision and project management.

STEP 9. Garden Design Installation

We will schedule garden design installation and talk about some practical processes.

Garden design installation as per design, including professional supervision as per codes by the licenced crew.

STEP 10. Final walk-through

We do have a final walk-through as a completion of the installation work, as well as making some pictures for documentation of the project completion and celebrating our common success.
